community & safety

Built so you can choose with confidence.

Every run connects two real people, so trust isn't a feature — it's the foundation. Here's how we keep erruns safe, and the simple rules everyone agrees to.

How we protect every run

Verified runners

Every runner passes ID verification with a selfie match before they can accept a single run.

Ratings & real reviews

See completion rates, on-time stats, and reviews with photos from past runs before you choose.

Credentialed pros

Skilled services like massage and nail care require proof of training — verified, not just claimed.

Cash, 0% fees

erruns is cash-basis — you pay your runner directly in cash once the run is marked complete, and erruns charges 0% commission.

You choose

We never auto-assign. You review who offered and pick the person you're most comfortable with.

Community guidelines

By using erruns, everyone agrees to these basics. They keep the community safe, fair, and worth coming back to.

Be respectful

  • Treat every poster and runner with courtesy. No harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
  • Communicate clearly and honestly about what a run involves.

Be honest & reliable

  • Posters: describe the errand accurately and pay the agreed amount.
  • Runners: only accept what you can genuinely do, and complete it as described.
  • Keep ratings and reviews truthful.

Keep it safe & legal

  • No illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items or tasks (see our Terms).
  • Don't ask anyone to do something unsafe or to break the law.
  • Skilled services must be offered only by those qualified to provide them.

Protect privacy & payment

  • Keep payments on the platform so they stay protected — never pay or accept payment off-app.
  • Respect each other's personal information; use it only to complete the run.

Safety tips for home visits: check the runner's profile, ratings, and verified badges before booking; keep chat and payment in the app; and share your run status with someone you trust. For skilled services, look for the credential badge.

Reporting & enforcement

If someone breaks these guidelines, report it in the app or email team@erruns.com. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that put the community at risk. In an emergency, always contact local authorities first.
