Getting started
What is erruns?
erruns is a local marketplace that connects you with people nearby to run your errands — or to book trusted local services like home massage, nails, and car care. You can also earn by running errands and listing services yourself. It's two markets in one app, and a single account can do both.
Where is erruns available?
We're rolling out city by city. Turn on notifications in the app to hear the moment we reach your area.
How do I sign up?
Download the app, sign in with Google, add your name, pick whether you want help or want to earn (you can switch anytime), and you're in.
For posters
How do I get someone to run my errand?
Post what you need — category, details, location, when, and your offer. Runners nearby see it and accept. You then review who offered, check their profiles and reviews, and choose the one you trust. See our pricing guide →
What's the difference between an errand and a service?
An errand is on-demand — you post it and runners offer. A service is a standing listing a pro publishes (like home massage or a mani-pedi) with a set price; you browse and book it directly.
Can I choose who runs my errand?
Always. We never auto-assign. You see everyone who accepted, review their profile, ratings, and reviews with photos, and pick the runner you're most comfortable with.
For runners
How do I become a runner?
In the app, switch to "I want to earn", verify your ID with a quick selfie match, and choose the services you want to run. Then go online and start accepting nearby errands, or list a standing service.
How do I list a service?
Tap the plus button in runner mode, add a title, category, description, a cover photo, and your price. Skilled services (massage, nails, car care) ask for proof of training first — this earns you a verified badge and lets you charge more.
How and when do I get paid?
You collect your earnings directly in cash from the customer once the run is marked complete — erruns takes 0% commission. You can track today's earnings and your run history right in the app.

erruns is cash-basis: you pay your runner directly in cash once the run is marked complete. erruns charges no commission — 0%.
How do you keep runs safe?
Every runner is ID-verified with a selfie match before they can accept a run. You see ratings and real reviews before choosing, and skilled pros submit proof of training for a verified badge. Read our Community & Safety guidelines.
What if something goes wrong?
Reach us any time at team@erruns.com or through the in-app help. If a run didn't go as planned, don't mark it complete — contact support and we'll help sort it out.
