The deal
erruns works because people trust each other in real life. These Community Guidelines apply to everyone — Posters and Runners — and complement our Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to content removal, warnings, suspension, a permanent ban, and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
Be real & honest
Use your real name and a clear photo of yourself. Don't impersonate anyone or run accounts for others. Describe errands and services accurately, quote fair prices, and leave honest reviews based on real interactions. Never submit forged or borrowed verification documents.
Be reliable
Only accept what you intend to complete. Communicate promptly, show up on time, handle others' items and money with care, and follow reasonable, lawful instructions. If plans change, say so early. Repeated no-shows, cancellations, or abandoned runs hurt the community and your standing.
Be respectful & safe
Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or violence — on or off the Platform. Meet in public where you can, keep conversations and arrangements in-app for everyone's protection, and use the Safety Center, Report, and Block tools if something feels wrong. In an emergency, call local emergency services.
Keep it lawful
Only post, accept, or perform lawful tasks. Strictly prohibited: weapons; illegal drugs or substances; regulated or prohibited goods you aren't licensed to handle; transporting or handling other people's cash to move funds ("money muling"); adult or sexual services; anything fraudulent, deceptive, or dangerous; and tasks that require a license or permit you don't hold.
Money & scams
Payment is in cash, directly between the Poster and Runner — erruns never asks for payment through the app, and no staff will ever ask for your password or one-time codes. Never share OTPs, passwords, card numbers, or bank details. Don't ask others to send money, load, or gift cards in advance. Report anyone who does.
Protect the platform
Don't try to bypass safety, verification, or fee features, take confirmed deals off-platform to dodge them, scrape or abuse the service, or manipulate ratings. Keeping activity on erruns protects everyone and preserves a record if a dispute arises.
Reporting & enforcement
If someone breaks these rules, report or block them in the app. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts at our discretion to protect the community. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the authorities.
