Delete your erruns account
You can permanently delete your erruns account and your associated data at any time, directly in the app. If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open the erruns app and sign in.
- Go to the You tab.
- Open Settings → Delete account (also reachable from the Safety center).
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted right away.
Can't open the app?
Email team@erruns.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and content, including:
- Your profile — name, email, phone number, photo, and bio
- Your errands, service listings, offers and runs
- Your messages, reviews and ratings
- Any ID-verification documents and selfie video you submitted
- Your location data
erruns is cash-basis — we do not process or store any payment or card data, so there is none to delete.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, basic safety or audit logs, or records tied to a report you were involved in). These are kept only as long as necessary and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
